Public Deliveries during Covid-19

Holcrofts are doing our very best to adapt our services and serve the public, especially those who are elderly, vulnerable and self-isolating, during this crisis.

We might be a small business compared to supermarkets, but we will work hard to deliver the best quality produce, with superb customer service, at reasonable prices and with all the precautions possible to avoid the further spread of Covid-19.

To meet demand, we are unable to offer personalised boxes at the moment. Please see below for options on what we can deliver. We hope you understand.

We currently estimate around 2 to 3 days for your order to arrive and will do our best to get it to you before or within that timeframe. Please try to order with this waiting period in mind to avoid disappointment. 

Delays are possible but we want to make sure that nobody goes without fresh produce in the coming weeks or months.

Our staff are all working hard to serve you, 
so please be kind and considerate to them.

 Feel free to still inquire about your area even if not listed above - with enough demand shown, we might be able to start providing a service to you as well!

We should have plenty of stock to meet all orders, but please be mindful that our suppliers may struggle to keep up in the coming weeks or months. 
We will update as soon as possible if that does happen.

Food items in each box are subject to replacement depending on stock availability. We will always try to stick to the box contents as listed above, but may sometimes run out of an included fruit or vegetable. Therefore, we may need to fill that spot with something else to complete your order.

All orders will incur a £1 delivery charge to be added to the final amount.

Payment can be taken as cash on delivery, or you can call us on 
0191 518 4234 to pay by card. 

We are now accepting online payments through our online checkout for larger products or by accepting Paypal for orders with additional items that are not listed in the Order Online page.

When making orders we ask that you do so using the form on this website, by calling us directly or through Holcroft's Facebook page. 

To avoid confusion and duplicate orders, please only use one of these methods at once. 
Call us to make any changes to your order as soon as possible.

In the event that you or a loved one cannot receive your order in person due to risks of infection, either for yourself or our delivery driver, please tell us a safe spot to leave your delivery and make use of a payment method above that does not require cash to be handed over.

We would be very happy to accommodate orders from self-isolated homes whenever possible, so please just let us know!
